Sign up for a free account, select "Cleaning Professional" as your role, complete your profile with your services and service area, and start browsing and bidding on jobs near you.
How are payments handled?
All payments go through our secure platform. When a property owner accepts a bid, the payment is held in escrow and released to the cleaner once the job is marked complete.
What if I have a problem with a job?
We have a dispute resolution process to help resolve issues between property owners and cleaning pros. Contact us at support@cleanbid.com and we'll work with both parties to find a fair solution.
Can I cancel a job after accepting a bid?
Yes, but cancellation policies apply depending on how close to the scheduled date the cancellation occurs. Check your job details for specific cancellation terms.
